Why are stories/episodes/streams loading slowly or buffering?

Please completely close and then relaunch the app.

If this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team with the following:

• Dorian username
• Name of the game
• Episode number
• The device on which you are playing
• Operating System for this device
• Version of the Operating System
• Version of Dorian app that is installed

Make sure that your device is current on all updates, and that you are using iOS 14.0 or later/Android 8.0 and up.
