The app says I have an internet connection issue, but my internet is working fine. Why?
Please completely close and then relaunch the app.
If this does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team with the following:
- Dorian username
- The device on which you are playing
- Operating System for this device
- Version of the Operating System
- Version of Dorian app that is installed
Make sure that your device is current on all updates, and that you are using iOS 14.0 or later/Android 8.0 and up.
