I participated in a giveaway but didn't receive my reward.

When you have a moment, please do the following to make sure that you are accessing the most recent version of the episode containing the giveaway:

- Exit completely out of, and then relaunch the Dorian app

- Play the episode from the very beginning, and play the episode all of the way through.

- Do not use a previous save point to jump ahead in the episode.

If this does not resolve your issue, let us know! Please be sure to include the name of the game as well as the episode completed.
